I'm not sure. Have you tried any other health food stores? One of them may have the oils you are looking for.

Although I'm not in NY, I found Vatika oil in an Indian grociery store for about 3 or 4 dollars for a 6 ounce bottle.

If you try to order it online, some sites might charge a lot for shipping (about 10-12 dollars), so it might be best to just look for an indian shop in your area.
