I originally purchased my Shikakai oil and Vatika oil from www.stinastina.ecrater.com, but now I frequent 2 of my local Indian stores. There are a lot of places you can go for good Indian oils online:

*a bit overpriced, but fun to look at because they have some products I have never seen before; I quickly Google the ones that are a bit pricey to see if I can find another website with a smaller price tag

I like www.theindianfoodstore.com nice prices and I received my oils quickly.And they have so many to choose from.
