Okay, now this is insane... I have been on this group for like 7 hours today. I am keeping a note books with ideas and questions.

Would someone please send link on post that discuss:

1. Baggie technique how to
2. How to make a phoney poney
3. Best direction for braid/twist out
4. Acronyms (i am seeing them all over the place... )
5. MSM
6. Anyone using a oral combination of MSM, Silica, Chondrotoin?
7. Napturall hair (my newgrowth) is hard, tangled, and my scalp itchs like crzy

As for kitchen growth I've been reading that moisture really helps...
So I've been focusing on that with my kitchen... It also works for the new growth.. Scrul has been my saving grace for both of these...

The scalp itching I was told to try clarifying... That helped a little but deep oil conditioning with a heating cap helped the most...
Amla, Cinnamon, Garlic, WGO, and Rosemary have been my main concoctions for this...
