Pretty girl. She has very fine hair like mine and I think he left the relaxer in too long. Her hair is not super course and it does not take long for the relaxer to break down the protein bonds. He should have washed it out while he was talking. And its true; she didn't have that much NG so he should not have applied that far down the shaft.
Did you see the other girl he had just finished?? Hers looked over processed and thin too!!
