As is mine. I think she's definitely natural. I just blow dried my own hair (which is fully natural now except for a teeny bit on some of the ends) out the other week, and it was a lot like that. My roots don't quite have that pressed/relaxed look when I blow dry, but my strands are not fine.

IMO her hair is not thick as far as individual strand go...she just has a lot of it to make it appear that way. Her hair is beautiful though.
