Its all very possible its his. Who knows if he had a texurizer at one point? Heck, Lenny Kravits did (and then he shaved it off but thats another story) some guys experiment just as much as women do with their hair.
I mean seriously, lets look at snoop dogs hair. its pretty and I would love to have his hair.
And I know when I'm in need of a relaxer, I get about 2 inches of afro in the front too
Now the last bit. Handsome? yes. Fruity? IMO, definitly.
but he does look good, I can't take that away.

But for his hair, I think he's got some tracks added in there. The texture at the top is a bit more like a 4-ish and the rest is like 3-ish. For some reason I think I can see where his hair clearly starts and blends in with the rest. The photographer is amazing though, I've seen her work around for years.
