I'm noticing my ends are starting to look unhealthy. It's not horribly bad, but I can definitely tell it's not going in a good direction. What type of treatment do you all recommend before it's too late?

(please include brands!)

You need to give us your regime so we could help you, are you wearing protective styles? Do you moisturizer? Do you deep condition? What products are you using and how? etc etc

Hey, I am going to BUMP this for you because I am in a similar situation. I just trimmed my ends about a week or two ago and my ends are starting to look frizzy or something again. I think I need to switch products though.

Innocent, I'm a bunner/French twister and I mean every doggone day. I have heard the "grandma" comment and it does get to me at times but when I feel to respond my standard response is.."Yea, and I'm gonna have beautiful hair same as my grandma did!" Always shuts 'em up fast. My ends are uneven but healthy and un-split. I moisturize and keep them 'under cover." I do weekly APHOGEE 2 minute, scarves to prevent snagging, once in a while overnight AFRICAN ROYALE BRAID or HAWAIIAN SILKY 14 {until in my sleep I pull off the baggie then just a scarf when I wake in the night.} Keep your ends moisturized and outta sight!
