Notice less breakage, I don\'t understand what i did to achieve it.
I've worn braids off(less than a month) and on for the last year. During this time my braids regimen was as follows:
Shampoo with CON
Deep condition with St.Ives Hair Repair Intensive conditioner Moisture Treatment (sit under dome dryer for 30 mins)
Rinse out deep conditioner and spray braids with Infusium 23 and African Royal BRX Braid Sheen Spray.
Sprayed braids daily with braid sheen spray
NB: for the last month of braids I just sprayed with water and hot six oil mixture b/c I ran out of braid sheen spray so I improvised.
I got a relaxer on Thursday and I didn't deep condition but I did use Aphogee 2 min reconstructor after washing the relaxer out my hair. When I combed my hair I didn't have little hairs in my comb. This was a first for the year.
So my questions are:
Does this mean that my braid regimen is good or was it the application of the reconstructor?
Should I be doing something else extra when my hair is in braids to minimize breakage?
