Hi, Crystal,
If a member is offended by a comment, even if you don't think it's all bad-- they can submit a "Report Post" [the red triangle next to the #4 of your post above] in that post. If you click on that, you will see it sends your report to the Mods and it's really at their discretion whether to delete a post or not. According to the site rules, the mods can delete posts/threads, change your poll options, etc, and they don't need your permission to do so.
