What are some signs that someone is NOT interested?

I'm no relationship expert, but I think once a boy becomes a man, if he's not paying you any attention, then he's probably not interested. He's not playing the schoolyard ignore game.

Not calling when they say they are supposed to
Saying they are busy
Not picking up the phone when you call but replies with a text message
Acting brand new
...and the list goes on

You're the one constantly calling or trying to set something up.
They only call after 10p and it's usually for you guys to 'chill' at your crib.
They don't ever invite you out during the day or around family/friends.
