ive not seen my mum for about a month and i came to visit her
she has really thin hair and tractional alopecia from constant weaves and chemical damage, she has had no hair in places for over 5 yrs
she doesnt care to much about her hair and i gave up

i notice a big change when i came to see her, it was thicker ,and in places where she had been bald had grown out!

i was shocked , no hair 5 yrs? 1 month.... some hair???

so i asked what have you been doing she said nothing??? then i was confused

i went to the fridge and saw this odd jar, named NONI, health sumthing or the other

she said she has been taking it since i last saw her, just for the health benifits
then she told me her sister had introduced her to it and developed a whole head of new thick healthy hair as well as other great health benifits.

i looked around found this online
http://www.naturaljuices.co.uk/noni-juice.asp

has any1 else herd of this stuff???

Yes I've heard of it, my father used to sell it. I don't know about health benefits because I haven't taken it long enough to see any. But I do use some noni soap that I bought in Jamaica and my skin is clearing up wonderfully.

I love noni. Some critics say it's a bunch of B.S. but I believe it has great health benefits. For me personally, it helped with my anxiety and increased concentration and overall well-being. My aunt and uncle grow and bottle it. My uncle is/was an insulin-dependant diabetic and has not needed his insulin for several years, but under the supervision of a doctor. I'm going to see if they will ship me some from Jamaica.

Forget what some “experts” say, Noni is the ish.

Many companies sell you mostly some other fruit juice in the mixture. I ordered from here several times in the past (100% noni) and was very happy with the results. They are are wholesale distributors so shipping will cost more than what you actually pay for the juice with the 32 oz which was like $25 w/shipping.

ETA: Not sure if they ship to the UK

We have a bottle in the frig but it's not Jamaican. Our's is Polynesian. My husband drinks an ounce each morning and swears it's working to keep him healthy. We first read about it on our honeymoon in some magazine on the plane. We even picked some of the noni fruit from a tree in Bora Bora but customs does not allow such items to be brought into the US. Plus it supposedly makes a person sick if it's eaten.

He has really long hair (dread locks) but I have not noticed his hair growing faster since he began drinking the noni juice a few months ago?

my parents buy this. I personally dont like it, it tastes different. but hey if it works I might have to hold my nose and gargle afterwords:rolleyes:

They say it is really good for overall health. It's mostly imported from polynesian countries. I've known noni since I was young but back home in Jamaica we call it hog apple and feed it to pigs. lol its funny that people eat it now.

I have heard about Noni juice.

I am really hoping that someone with some Noni-experience see's this thread and is willing to share their opinion :yep:

Oh that is funny.:giggle:
Yall could have been making fruit salads with it.(or slapping it on your scalp)

I have taken noni for years and it does have great health benefits. I even gave it to my cocker spaniels -- one had cushings disease and one had congestive heart failure -- and they both had great quality of life with their respective health conditions. I take goji and acai juices now, but I miss the noni, so I might order me a bottle. I have read many testimonies from people whose hair grew out from taking noni.

I am sort of biased to this thread as I am partnered up with a company that does market this product. Not to down play any of the other 'noni' products, I particularly stand behind my companies product because of the documentation behind this particular noni juice and the changes of have seen in my hair, skin, nails and not to mention but an honorable mention LOL, my digestive system. Y'all don't act like y'all don't know LOL...I am regular now!!!!!!!!!:drunk:

There are so many facts behind 'our noni juice' that I would be typing for days, but just to give you a tad bit of info, our brand Tahitian Noni, is in the 2007 & 2008 Physicians Desk Reference for non-prescription drugs.

PM me for more info.

my ex was taking it over the summer....so I started taking it....it tastes gross but I saw benefits... the one i was buying was a bit expensive so i had to back off from it for a lil bit but I might start back

the one i was taking (just looked it up) was noni, gogi and acai I got it from whole foods

i know i have some mangosteen that i need to start drinking again. Also i was drinkimg this noni juice stuff from the store, it gave me a lot of energy!!

I drank some and had a bottle myself. When I first tried it, I had to spit it out and I RARELY spit things out.

(Im even trying to work with this seaweed)

anyways...its best to mix it with grape juice or whatever. I wasnt consistent with it so I dont know about the benefits.

Bump!

Is anyone still using this? I bought some from GNC called "Super Noni". I don't like taste :spinning:, I guess I'll have to mix it with juice.

bump bump bump

I just bought the goji juice and next paycheck I'm planning on getting some noni juice. Praying for some awesome benefits of this especially after a colon cleanse and detox! :look:

I love Noni Juice! My dad used to sell it and I tried some its ok tasting, but it has great benefits. My toddler likes this stuff a lot! I've tried Tahitian Noni's body wash which is excellent. The ingredients are great and it smells good too. I'm almost out of it too. I guess I have to get some more.

Mine do, too. I'm currently finishing my bottle of liquid vitamins before buying my own bottle of Noni Juice. My parents use the one in a dark brown glass bottle for about $40 a bottle and buy it from someone on my mom's job who is a distributor.
