I wanna try the Mixture, but I curious on how often should I use the mixed.
I shampoo wash once a week (sundays mostly)
and co-wash once a week (Wednesday)

Should I used this two times a week or 3 times a week heck should I use it daily

You can use it daily. It doesn't have to be washed out the next day. And since you're cleansing 2x a week anyway, daily is fine. But, as you use it, you'll find a rhythm that works best for your regimen.
