The NJ alimony law changed, I think in 2014. My girlfriend is about to go through a divorce (no one has filed yet). She doesn't have an attorney, yet. Does anyone know how many years of alimony you can possibly get after 15 years of marriage in NJ (all things considered she does qualify) ? Is it 1 year for every year married. We checked online but haven't found a reputable source.
