Nioxin...which system are you using?

Ok so I've been looking at the Nioxin and now I have to figure out which one to use. Obviously its going to be one of the systems for chemically treated hair, but which one?

Which ones are you guys using and why did you choose that one?

I'm not using a "system" I'm using the follicle booster alone. I apply it twice daily to my edges. I have a friend who used it and saw amazing results. I'll keep you posted (I just started using it 3 days ago).

Ok great. Why are you using it on your edges? I ask only because this is my problem area as well...not so much that they are thin, but that they won't grow! My stylist suggested Nioxin and said that he would get the system for me, but I wonder if I could just concentrate on the one area? I guess it wouldn't hurt to do the entire system.

For those of you that use it, what products are you using and how often?!!

I had a former stylist recommend this for me. I have relaxed hair and my edges are thin...all of my hair is thin, but more so on the sides like by my ears. How long did it take you to see results?

I haven't started using it yet...I'm trying to see what the ladies' opinions are from the forum...I'm in the "thinking about it" stages right now!

I'm only using on my edges because it costs too much. I got a small container that contains even less than what it would appear because of the way the bottle is designed, and I wanted to make sure it worked. On just the edges, I can get more uses out of it for a longer period of time. if it works on the edges then I'm fine with investing and paying more for a product that works. But if I were to use it on my entire head it would probably only last about a week using twice daily. That would not be enough time to determine effectiveness. HTH.

i used to use the one for fine,thin, chemically treated hair. i love the scalp therapy conditioner. i have fine hair, and was color treated when i was relaxed. my hair felt really good afterwards and had a lot of movement. the system didn't weight my hair down.

Also are any still using the Follicle Booster and seeing results? How often are you using it, and how do you incorporate it with your normal regimen. I feel like my hair is thinning....
