Nioxin Step 3 Shampoo and Conditioner

I bought this at Ulta. It's buy 2 get one free. With the coupon it was $21 for three. I bought it because I wanted something that tingled.

I got

Nioxin Cleanser for Fine Hair 3
Scalp Therapy Conditioner 3 Normal to Thin Looking Hair
Scalp Therapy Conditioner 4 for Noticeable Thinning hair

Has anyone used these? What's the difference in the steps? I just picked up whatever had for Chemically enhanced hair.

I was told for our tex/to use #7 or #8..I have only tried #8 Conditioner (I used it as a rinse 3min) after my reg Dc..Its cream based & it didn't leave my hair dry..I have not tried the shampoo or scalp treatment....
