what does everyone do for their hair at night? oil it? wrap it? buns?
if you oil it, what do you use?

I usually apply a setting lotion and roll my hair up. If my hair and/or scalp needs extra moisture, then I will apply Ultra Sheen Extra Dry Hair and Scalp Formula. Some believe that the wearing of rollers at night causes the hair to break, and perhaps for some this does, but I have been sleeping on rollers FOR YEARS, and have had no problems. And when I say, FOR YEARS, I mean since the age of 12.

I usually oil my scalp with a heated oil mixture, spray with a moisturizing leave in mixture, tie my hair in a satin/silk scarf, put a bonnet over it and go to bed...

when you tie it, do you wrap it?

I co-wash my hair daily, so my nightly routine afterwards is to apply NTM leave-in, NTM Serum, Oil - (blend of johoba, castor, evoo, and essential oils - peppermint, rosemary & lavender), either Elasta Care penetrating moisturizer or BBD Stretch Growth Creme to my roots, and QP Mango Butter to my ends. Brush surface layer of hair back and tie tight with a scarf.

I usually pin my hair up and wrap a silk scarf around it and put a bonnet on top of that. The past few nights I've been sleeping in satin covered rollers with a silk scarf around that topped with a bonnet.

I put my hair in one magnetic roller and tie a silk scarf around it.

Maybe by the third day after wash day (I wash my hair twice a week) I'll put a little Egyptian Magic on my the ends.

I usually massade my scalp and some night use several drops of WGHO on my ends and pin my hair or wrap my hair and tie up a satin scarf.

I moisturize my hair every other night & use the baggie method then tie it up with a satin scarf. If im not doing the baggie method i usually just make 2 or 3 plaits pin them down & tie it up with a satin scarf.

I oil certain parts of my scalp...mainly my nape/kitchen and my sides because they are thinning/breaking/shedding/balding/you name it. Then I roll my hair up with magnetic rollers then I put on my satin cap. Wrapping my hair doesn't work. Neither does plaiting it or any other kind of method. Just rolling. :-)

I usually just put a satin bonnet on it. About once or twice a week I'll put some WGO on my hair and maybe on my scalp before putting the bonnet on.

When wearing braids ... I spray surge 14 on scalp-infusium 23 on hair shaft & oil scalp with sulfur -8 oil. Then I tie briads up in a satin scarf & then put on a satin bonnet.

When not in braids..... Inever oil my scalp- I just apply ubh lotion moisturizer on hair shaft and wrap hair at niight then put on a satin scarf.

I wear my hair down during the day after my CO wash in the mornings to let it air dry. At night, I put some Nexxus Botanic Oil on my hair, and Profectiv Healthy Ends on my edges and ends. Sometimes I also spray on Pink Oil Moisturizer Glosser too, because it has lots of natural oils and extracts in it.

I tuck the ends under right at the base of my head, secure with a duck bill clip, tie the front with a satin scarf, and put a satin bonnet on to cover the back. On Thurs nights, I saturate with EVOO, put on a plastic cap, wrap a towel around tightly, and sleep with that in. The next morning I shampoo out, and follow with my normal conditoners.

How much hair is in or on the rollers when you remove the rollers in the morning? and do move your head while sleeping some people don"t.
