NIGHTLY DRY SCALP MASSAGING TIPS

Laela

Sidestepping the "lynch mob"
I was told the best way is to stand, bend over and gently massage in a clockwise direction, from forehead to nape, for about 5 mins to stimulate blood flow.

Does anyone do it differently? Do you let someone else do it for you? do you use a machine, if there is one /images/graemlins/drunk.gif? Or is the only time you massage is during washing/conditioning? I'm looking for new ideas...

Thanks!

I do start from the middle of my head, going down to my nape and up to the forehead. I literally do set the timer on and do it for atleast 10 minutes. When my boyfriend feels the urge he does it for me and it's so much better because of his big hands /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I did see a machine on TV today. It was over £100($140 ???)

Are you serious? there's a machine? /images/graemlins/shocked.gif /images/graemlins/shocked.gif /images/graemlins/shocked.gif That's novel. who sells it?? A 10-min massage (from your man) sounds optimal /images/graemlins/grin.gif but are you upright when you do it yourself?
I can't see myself upside down for more than five mins, and even that's too long!

Hi,
I got this tip from essence i think two years ago.

"Massage the scalp to prevent tightness and to increase circulation. If you lie across the bed with your head hanging back over the edge, it will help the blood flow to the scalp."

I think this will make it more relaxing than standing and bending over and of course the blood flowing to your scalp helps nourish growth. /images/graemlins/cool.gif
