Always wanted to try but price prevented the purchase. CVS has a sale? Maybe yes, maybe no, I'm not sure .....the yellow sale tag and future cash caused me to buy..but anyway I bought HUMECTRESS 13.5oz, conditioner and a small THERAPPE poo.5.1oz for a total of $17.48 excluding tax at CVS.......plus with my club card have $5.00 off my next store purchase so let's say it was $13.94 with tax. I'm going to shampoo/condition shortly then I'll be able to see what the genuine NEXXUS hoopla is about vs. my generic Sallys buys. NEXXUS users I hope this saves you some money.

Well.....if my boody had bought Shamboosie's book earlier and believed his advice I'd have saved a ton of money and closet space. NEXXUS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER is fantastic!! I pooed with THERAPPE, conditioned with and combed the HUMECTRESS through with my shower comb, let my damp hair alone for a while before using SALERM 21 mixed with DABUR AMLA LITE. My new growth and my length is feeling soft, loose and oh so
good......my nape is soft and beady free {even before applying the amla/salerm21}. Last night I used PROFECTIVES BREAK-FREE on my new growth and I was combing easily; my wet hair pre-poo felt slippery and smooth as the shower water hit my hair. Now air drying and checking final results; I dusted yesterday...man..that scissor is addictive!!. I so far am thrilled at my NEXXUS purchase. My JASONS stash is still around and will be used once in a while but  NEXXUS:kiss: is my new love!!

I've been wanting to buy Nexxus for the longest but the prices are a little steep. I'm glad that I can get it from CVS, though. Since there is a sale I just might jump on it. Thanks for the heads up.

I don't know if you would consider this a sale, but when I wanted to try out Nexxus I went to Ulta and bought the gift set that contains full bottles of Therappe and Humectress, along with a small bottle of Heat Protexx (good heat protectant) and Comb Thru (this is bad, I threw it away. It contains SD Alcohol), and a round brush for $20. Except for the brush and Comb thru, which is a holding spray, I liked everything. The full sized bottles last a long time, too. I have been using the Humectress as a leave-in at least once a week for the past 6 months and I still have a lot left. IMO, you get maximum results by using Therappe and Humectress together. I don't know if you have an ULTA near you, but when I looked online, it said it was sold out.:ohwell: I guess you should just stick with CVS. HTH

Thanks Coco....you had a great deal...I went back to CVS today, bought the NEXXUS HEADDRESS leave in conditioner $18 bucks but the $5.00 coupon I had brought it to $13 plus another $5.00 coupon was given. I'll check ULTA next time I'm on Long Island. I really like the NEXXUS effects.

Wouldn't you know that I just purchased some full priced at another store!?! Ugggh! Oh well, it's worth stocking up now.

Brook, I'm glad you see the difference in the generic vs. the real deal. I hated the generic Sally's. It was watered down and less effective. I do like some cheapie products, but when it comes to Nexxus, it's the real deal for me or nothing.

For a second I regretted previous non-NEXXUS purchases but if I had not done so I'd not have known I now have the better product. Oh, yes the generic is no comparison.
