ABout 1 - 2 weeks, depending on my shedule and if I remember.

ETA: Basically similiar to Monister, I always follow up with a moisturizing conditioner, like Humectress/Botanic Oil or Ultra Hydrating Balm/Botanic Oil.

Once a week, followed by NTM mixed with Paul Mitchell Supercharged.

Once a week mixed with Nexxus Botanic Oil, followed by Nexxus Humectress mixed with the same.

Once a week either mixed with Humectress or NTM DDC for a deep condition w/heat.
