Newbie here,

Ladies my hair is breaking severly, I used the emergencee last week. I wanted to know if I could use it every week until the breakage has minimized?

I couldn't do it with my hair. It would be murder. I use Nexxus Emergencee the week after I relax and I use the Keraphix bi-weekly after that. But make sure your moisture is on point to. Too much protien will cause it to breake even more.

Why don't you try something like ORS replenishing paK. I was breaking once and I did aphogee instead. I deep condition with ORS replenishing pak weekly. What is your regime or better yet what other products are you using?

I have used it every week for 4 weeks in a row with success. Try doing it for only 5-10 minutes each time and following it up with a good moisturizing conditioner for 30 minutes.

Love your hair! I did the emergencee after my relaxer then the ors. For the past two days I have been doing cowashes, mango butter and an oil to seal. I don't have a serious regimen yet, still a newbie

Make sure you know why your hair is breaking. Your hair has a protein and moisture balance. Too much in either way will cause breakage. Nexxus emergencee is a pretty strong protein. Using it too much if your fundamental problem isn't too much moisture, will make your breakage worse.

I didn't know it was possible to use too much moisture? i thought the problem was little protein?
