Yes my regimen is pretty simple it's just time consuming! I've never taken any supplements, believe it or not I wasn't aware about any supplements to grow your hair until I came here and read some of the threads. So maybe one day I'll get around to taking some kind of hair energizer to increase my growth. Girl, don't sleep on the mesh rollers!!! They are the ish!!!
