Hello ladies I'm sorta of new to the board, I've been a regular guest for about 4 months and first I'd like to thank all of you ladies, you all have inspired me so much. I'm currently a recovering PJ being bombarded with all the must have items. I first discovered Aphogee, I have every essential oil you can think of (talk about trial and error) anyways I just bought MSM about 15 min ago I figure I'd try my best to benefit from the summer growth spurt. My hair is currently 13-14 inches and I'm aiming for 22 (bra strap) My question is what is the ratio of MSM to Vitamin C. I seen it posted but I cant find it. The MSM I have 1500mg.
