Good Morning Hair Family-
Well I took the braids out last night it took my daughter an I 2 1/2 hours to get those suckers out. In anycase thanks to the wonderful information I had been receiving while they were in ( I did co washes every other day) there was very little shedding or breaking when I took them down. What I did to my hair last night:
Washed with Keracare detangling shampoo
Aphogee 2 minute with ORS reconstructor
Balancing Moisturer /w Keracare Humecto
I then used the aphogee green tea, and some Keracare leave in.
Before I divorced my first hubby, I streched my relaxers really well with worlds of curls activator, so I went back to what I knew on that. I parted my hair with my pinky and applied the activator to each section of roots then I used a little Jamaican Casotor Oil On the roots only. It was so soft and spongy and easy to come. Then I used Hollywood Olive Oil Moisuturizer and sealed EVOO on the relaxed hair. I then bunned it and bagged the ends.
I would just like to say that thanks to LCHF I had at least and idea of what I was doing and how to proceed. THANK YOU. Also I am currently 8 weeks post and I plan to stretch to 10 weeks before relaxer.
Also can you all please help me to determine what my hair type is?
