Just wanted to to say hi to everyone.

I first signed up with LCHF under the name "Lil Bits" years ago (some DC area folk may remember me from some of the events), but strayed for a while. Lately I've been lurking and finally decided to make an official comeback. I owe a lot of my hair progress to LCHF and I am excited about being a part of this community.
