Newbie Saying Hello

Hi everyone I am new to this site. I wanted to know what is mtg and does it help with hair grow and where can i get it. Also alot of memebers hair is so beautiful and long. What process do you guys do to get it long. I was just asking because I am natural and I wanted to know if I had to do something different.

I think it's the sulfur in MTG that aids in hair growth.
I haven't used mine in a long time, but I bought it online at Shapley's, however others have found theirs locally or from other distributors.
