I have been stretching for 20 weeks now with a target of 22 weeks. As I near my relax date, I wanted to hear a few tips from you on how to prepare my hair so that i can continue in the non-breakage, non-shedding stride that I've been in.
Also, I do use ayuredic powders and oils, so if any of you know about that (i.e. when to start/stop after a fresh relaxer, etc.) it would be useful.
