Newbie Question...ORS Olive Oil in the jar (emphasis on OIL)

I just bought a jar of the ORS olive oil at the BSS. I had one before and it was really good and I was happy that sistaslick had mentioned it in one of her articles. When I went to the store though, I noticed that the ingredients were: aqua, mineral OIL, followed by ____ OIL, _____ OIL, and then some other crazy stuff that just seemed to 'fake'. I went home, got my old jar and realized that the formula changed, since it used to be : aqua, horsetail etc and mineral oil wasn't mentioned till the middle of the label. I stood there confused and then I couldn't remember any other moisturizers that I had heard of (I got nervous :nono:), soo I just bought it anyway. Does anyone have any idea i this formula contains too many oils to be effective? I want to know if I should return it.

I've used ors olive oil as a water based daily moisturizer for almost a yr now and i haven't had any ill effects.:ohwell:

Sure its the same. There are two companies that sell ORS products: Africa's Best and ORS. I prefer the actual ORS products, even when theire formula changes they are okay. Plus, you can never have to many oils, people on this forum mix and match so much! Just don't put so much on that you cause build-up and I think you'll be fine.

LoL whenever i go to the store the ORS in the jar with or with out mineral oil is always hit or miss.. when I use to use it I would always read the back to see if it had mineral oil or not cuz my hair doesnt like mineral oil.
