Sorry for the delay - my comp decided to die the day after I posted this!
Thanks everyone for the support!!!
As for reggie, it's still a work in process. The things I do consistently:
Moisturize (still working on a staple - currently using HE LTR Leave In - Think it works better as a leave in than a moisturizer) once or twice a day
Seal with EVOO or CO. once or twice a day
Deep Condition at least once a week, sometimes twice with ORS Replenishing Pack or Silicon Mix.
Co wash once or twice a week with aussie moist or tresseme (will stop using tresseme as soon as I use it up... too much build up)
Apply MN, Sulphur Mix or MTG approx 5 times a week.
Half wigging it most days (thankful to LHCF for introducing me to the concept of half wigs - they have truly been my saving grace!!!!!

Vitamins - Biotin, MSM, Multi and Silica.
