Yes....so my mother lives in the hood around my black and brown folk. I knew i would not be able to let my son stay at her home because just as I predicted, they are shooting off guns like they are trying to hit the damn moon.

Now where I live.....*tumble weeds*....no shooting whatsoever.

So my question is, do people shoot guns for the new year in your neighborhood? Or is this just a Texas thing? Holla back!

I'm sorry, girl. I know in New Orleans during the fourth of JUly, guns were blazing! I was so scared!Made me miss New York where we just drop a ball from the sky and get drunk!
