New Wigs! (pics)

'Scuse my attention whoring LOL but I can't help it! The first wig was a BSS find. I haven't found it anywhere online but iy's by Soultress. It was my first short wig and now I'm hooked. The second is the infamous Mommy Wig, and the 3rd one is "Ace" by janet Collection. They all look much prettier in person (I have a curvyish roundish face so when the camera flattens it out it can look a bit odd). The two new ones need a bit more work to get used to my tiny little head lol but I love them! I get to rock short hair without relaxing it or chopping it so DH is very happy about that!

i really like the mommy wig on you. can you curl the last one? i just bought a few wigs and one of them is too much for me. it is big and overwhelming. it's hard to find something that looks nice on me. i have a round face and a peanut head too!

maybe flip a few pieces and bump the rest? or like similar to how Megan Good is wearing her hair?

They are all cute on you. Have you tried using a bobby pin to keep the hair out of your eye. I usually use them for my wigs to keep the hair out or I will use a headband.

Thanks ladies! It's in 4 straight back cornrows underneath. I'll try the flip thing. Well I modeled the wigs for DH and he doesn't like the Mommy Wig on me and neither does my daughter so it looks like I'll be selling her.

It's a color 1. IN did feel it was a bit too dark on me. I think the cut could work in a lighter color. I don't know if I want to try and find it in another color, maybe even a mixed color iron just find another style of wig.

I see the Mommy wig looks best on smaller heads. This style looks really pretty on you. I tried it and had to give mine away. Head too big. It looked like Grandmommy wig on me

Nice. It seems like you look sort of Kelly Rowlandesque in the straight wigs but not in the mommy wig - not sure why the texture makes the difference . The wigs all have the potential to look very realistic. I would grab some scissors and snip away at the top and sides just a little to make the hair form to your head (but I'm a scissor happy wigmaker so don't mind me ).
