Hi, I wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading this forum sense the September and have LEARNED SO MUCH!!!! /images/graemlins/wink.gifYou'll are so KNOWLEDGABLE. Sense reading on this forum, I have been gaining and inch per month. Currently I am about 3 inches from bra strap. Before joining this forum I was wearing sew-in weaves for about 2 years straight. Right now I am 100% natural. My regimen includes:
press and flat iron at the salon every 2 weeks.
deep condition every 2 weeks
products my stylist use are Aveda
protective styles 50% of time
no heat between salon visits
trim every 6 months ( last trim in August)
oils include olive oil, carrot oil, WGO
Vaseline ends one week out on month.
Vitamins: Bioton 10mg, MSM 4000mg, primose oil, multivit, Silica, pantothenic acid, and vit C.
I will post pics of my hair very soon. Also my sig needs to be updated.
