My hair type is 4a and relaxed. The longest of my hair reaches between the top of my <font color="purple"> </font> shoulder blades. I wash twice a week and I use silk therapy or aveda pomade on the ends. But because I like the free flowing look and feel I rarely do this because it weighs my hair down. I wrap my hair religiously in a silk scarf and have found little strands of hair on my nightgown.
I need the basics to get started. Such as, how do I wean my self from nightly wrapping? How to spiral curl the hair to give me style during the day yet prevent me from 'damaging' it from styling stress? If I do spiral how do I sleep on it to prevent the mashed down look the next morning. I'm pregnant so I can't sleep on my stomache.
Oh, one more very important question. Do I really need to trim the hair after each quarterly touch-up? Can't I just rollerset the hair most of the time and 'fake' my way through 'til the next touch up?
