New shower filter versus new home filtration system

Hey ladies!!! I am truly late to the game. I know now that the decline of my hair and skin is likely due to my water.
I am looking to buy a shower filter but also interested in upgrading my water filtration system for all of my water.
Can you please share which shower filter and/or water filtration system that helped the most?

I've used a berkey shower filter for years. I noticed a difference in my hair after the first shampoo. I now just buy their filter and use a separate handheld shower head, but Berkey sells both a filter and head.

Thank you. I bit the bullet and bought a new shower filter, with added Viamin C and E. Can't wait to see the difference.
Now I looking for a filter system for my entire home.
