I've only used these products for three washes and I can see a definite change. You ladies don't understand what type of shedding and breakage I had been having. There were tons of little broken hairs all over my sink. I kind of feel like my products will disappoint you.
I wash with Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo, DC with Folicure Moisturizing Conditioner, and then rinse with Herbal Essence Hello Hydration. My breakage is down to 1 hair. I wish I had some spectacular products to share, but these are all pretty basic.

@leona2025 it seemed you needed a moisture surge.
For the past few weeks i have ditched all protein laden products and have seen a great reduction in breakage. Not saying protein was your issue but i can relate. It's not the expense of the products but what they contain.
eta slightly off topic but can i ask a question. I've always wondered why some here use an instant condish after a DC. Why is this? I use a regular condish before my dc to help me detangle before i apply my DC.

I was having protein overload. I had been using my protein conditioner mix weekly to try to halt any future breakage that may show up. I thought that was good preventative care. I used the instant conditioner after to give me more slip. Plus the Folicure causes tingling and I like to leave a little conditioner in and don't want it to be a tingling one.
