Ok I want to do a Aphogee Protein treatment then I want to do a Adore semi-permanet rinse..is this ok.I was looking at a thread or 2 last night which said the rinse has protein and I don't want to overload my protein intake since my hair is porous.

Any help would be awesome before I proceed.:wallbash:
