Need Ideas or Focuses for Upcoming Year of Weekly Fasting & Praying Team

My focus this season is the reason why we go through hops to decorate and beleive in the season as adults. We put up Christmas decorations this past weekend and while my daughter had a great time I was wondering why I go through all the trouble. I don't beleive in Santa Claus so why the act.
The season embodies the birth of Jesus and the good of mankind. The season is the time to remind everyone that family, giving, and love are at there highest during theses time as it should be at all times. Even those family's that go through trials with each other still have to remember that patience, mercy, and unconditional love are examples of what Christ gives us and what we should in turn give others.
The reason I focus on this is because lately I have to try hard to be patient with my Mother-inLaw and keep the household togther for the children, my man , and motherinlaw. This is what families are and what they grow to be. And because mother and son only spent 5 years of their life together and son now has a family of his own we are always growing as a family everyday. I have preached and learned unconditional love with my family now Jesus is testing me to the extreme.

Santa Claus actually has a long history to it and now the focus of his orginal journey has been commeralize. The spirit behind everything fuels it's purpose. I like your focus for upcoming year as we look at where we have been and where we are going helps us to make better decisions for tommrrow and the days that follow. I will keep family as primary focus of our fasting and prayer purpose. Each seed of prayer must have a direction this is why each fast must be specific to God and He will bless us accordingly.
