Need Help With ADDING FRIENDS

I've tried to add a few people to my list but, for some reason I can't figure out how to do this? Does anyone know how to do this? If you do please let me know.

Hey BD (my new hair buddy)

On the last email we sent each other at the bottom of the page it has an option that says "add to address book." Click on that and it should add the users name to your column that says "Friends online." Hope that helps!
