Need help and advice for my scalp

I am only 6 weeks post and I am tryin to strecth. And I really wanted to know what does I mean when your scalp is itching reaal bad I done moisturized it and everything and now some spots are starting to get a little sore. Can someone tell me what this mean or has anyone experinced this.

For me when I used to experience an itching scalp it was due to bring too dry and sometimes it was due to dandruff.
I fixed this problem by one increasing my washes and I oil my scalp.
