Hi ladies,

Im looking for a hairdryer with a different form than the usual ones (see form below):

http://www.conair.com/ion-shine-1875-watt-styler-silver-p-338.html

i think it will be easier for me to use with my natural hair, and for my comfort in holding a blowdryer with a comb.

The thing is that on this website the combs are too tiny to use on my natural 4b. I once saw a lady on the net with one like this, but with a wide tooth comb instead of those tiny ones.

Has anyone tried this type of blowdryer? where can i find one with wide comb?

also usually my hair gets dry when i blowdry( i know think that its cause i did everything together and not in sections, so it dried my hair like hell) ,well thats another qquestion.

Those teeth are the largest they come.

You would be drying your hair in sections so the largest one would be fine. You would also be holding your hair taut straight down so you might find the larger comb to be too big.

I have that one and I use it on my dd's hair and the small tooth one is fine.

For my friend with denser hair I use the larger comb.

The little brush thing went in the trash a long time ago.

really? thanks for your answer

as im a 4b i thought "my hair will never go through" so, im quit scared of passing order, especially that i can not find these here in Paris, unless i dont know where to look.

I must order online and want to make sure it will suit.

i also forgot to ask: what mark do you have? is it only conair that does this? are thet any internet sites or marks that you personally advice ?

if the section of hair is well detangled this blow dryer is fine. i like the yellowbird by conair although it is heavier than this model. just budget 45 min to an hour. i've surrendered to the fact that i need to be careful and work in small sections.

I just ordered this Andis dryer-

I plan to work in small sections and detangle very well. I have kinky/coily hair.

Did you ever decide on a dryer?
