The Emergencee is a reconstuctive protein treatment (use for breakage or just routine maintenance for stronger hair)
Porosity control is a conditioner that helps with the porosityof your hair, you can also mix it with your favorite moisturizing conditioner.

Emergencee and Porosity Control are not the same thing.
Like ms_k said, Emergencee is a protein treatment. It's used for breakage, some have even said it works for shedding, or just to strengthen your hair before or after a chemical service.
Porosity Control isnt designed to strengthen the hair in any way, shape, or form. It's only purpose is to improve the porosity of the hair so that relaxers/color/perms take more evenly. It's also good if your hair is over processed.. because chances are if your hair is overprocessed, it is extremely porous. But porous hair doesnt necessarily = damaged hair.
