If Im planning to exercise daily...should I shampoo daily? If not, how often should I rinse/wash or shampoo? (I'm asking this question where shampooing is different from rinsing/washing.) Does shampooing too much take out too much moisture from hair??? Please help!!!

You should do daily conditioner washes. I do them and my hair absolutely loves them.
 
I exercise 5-6 days a week and don't rinse or shampoo my hair inbetween because my head, neck, and shoulders don't sweat when I exercise.

If yours don't either, you don't have to wash or rinse your hair more frequently due to exercise.

Are conditioner washes when you wash your hair with conditioners only or is shampoo included?????
 
just conditoner no shampoo. i think shampooing evryday will definetly dry out your hair

This is what I was thinking! I dont want dry hair! Do you think just rinsing my hair after exercising is okay??? Anyone???
