I don't miss straight hair. In fact whenever I have used the flat iron or use the curling iron, I felt annoyed with the texture. I have had enough of straight hair to last a lifetime. I've learned that it's not a good idea to straighten natural hair on foggy, humid, rainy days. Best to have a weather report handy. You will have to use an anti-frizz serum to maintain the straightness. But best on a dry cool day.
