I just started using it last week...
seems ok...
I read an article somewhere
by that Dr. Perricone dude...
he says it will take at least 3 months
to notice a change in your hair
after a change in diet...
so I guess it will take 3 months of taking
this stuff in order to see its effects.
It has Bvitamins, MSM, and Biotin, and Zinc... also Shark Cartilage
Those are key ingedients for hair growth...can't see why it wouldn't
work... I'll keep you posted on my results.
