Vitamin world hair-skin-nail vitamins VS GNC

I just bought my first vitamins, after my research I bought the skin, hair, nails formula from Vitaminworld. I was about to buy the GNC brand because of all the review but just check out the ingredients! The only thing I think vitaminworlds are missing is MSM. How important is that? Has anyone tried these? I love the price I got buy on get on half off and then I joined the club for free and the gave me a bogo coupon for next month. I am trying to prepare my hair for winter and make it not slow down growing like it normally does.

Ok I've tried the VW vitamins for 2 months because as you stated the prices were great but I dont think I got a lot of growth from then. I also took a daily multi vitamin(One A Day) which has MSM but no growth or anything impressive.I know every person is different but no cigar for me so I'm going to try the GNC brand because I keep hearing how great they are.Maybe the VW will work for you.Best of Luck

When I took gnc for a month religiously I had more growth than usual. I believe msm lengthens your hair's growing phase. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Also gnc has protein...the amino acid complex.

^^^^Feeling adventurous I see (lol). If you take them together you probably wont know which one is promoting the most growth. I will be updating my trial run with the GNC brand for comparison sake.
