Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails

I just finished up my GNC Ultra Nourishair and I will want to take a HSN vitamin and just wanted to know if anyone have taken this brand. I know that GNC have one also, but its more and this one have 3,000mcg of biotin as well.

Hmmm, I've heard of this but never tried it. I used Ultra nourish hair as well and it worked great i think.

This is the one I use. It's ok. It just doesnt have the amino acids that other hair vitamins have.

I did noticed that I compared the two vitamins and GNC have a few ingredients that were different. I guess I might better go with the GNC.

I used those for a long time (about 2 years or so) before I started taking MSM. They were fantastic for my skin/nails not so great for my hair. I noticed that when I cut those out and just take my MSM/multi and a couple others my hair has gotten a lot more growth, and I still get teh glowy skin and great nails.

I was going to mention that I started back using this Nature's bounty vitamin about 2 months ago. I used it before and had good results as this was the only supplement I was using(Fall-winter2005). I switched to Gueye's vitamins but didn't see the same results plus they were pretty pricey. BUT-I followed the link MzRhonda posted and I am impressed. Time for another switch I guess. The added MSM and Silica seal the deal-I can stop supplementing with those separately.

The GNC pills made me break out more than the Nature's Bounty pills. Either way... I stopped using both of them because the acne was not fun. I liked the results from both...

I take the Nature's Bounty HSN vitamins and they worked for me when I was very very consistent with them (I'm talking every single day for about 4-5 months). When I stopped taking them consistently I saw a decrease in my growth.
