Nature Made's Super B Complex

I know that many people here take Nature Made's Super B Complex. It's a quite popular vitamin here.


However, does it bother you that it is so low in Biotin? Biotin is one of the most important hair growth vitamins, yet it has almost none.

How do you feel about its lack of Biotin? Do you supplement it with Biotin?

Nope, doesn't bother me, because I take B complex for stress and I take a hair skin & nails vitamin for the Biotin.
