Hey Everybody!

I just ordered some hair from Nature Girl (www.naturegirl.net) and was wondering if anyone here had ordered from them before? How woud you rate the quality of their hair? (guess it would have been smarter to ask this b4 I placed the order) Regardless ,I'd still ike to know as I am waaaaaaaaaay too tired of tangles and having to put 100lbs of product in my weave just to keep it tame....

Thanks!

LOVE IT!!...Its very expensive, but worth it. You can use it over and over. The last time I ordered from them was late last year, so im not sure if there product has changed. I know there prices have :ohwell: :eek:

What texture did you order??

Hey Dshy!

Thanks for replying! I ordered 2wavy slightly coarse. Yeah,they're prices are off the chain but I just wanted to have a good hair experience for once in my life!!!

I have ordered from them, as well. Great hair! I loved how they packaged it and how it smelled. It is just so expensive, but you can reuse it. On my budget I have to continue ordering from indianhairs.com if I want to get my hair redone as often as I like. But, you will really enjoy the hair that they have.

I think they are doing some kind of survey that will give 15% discounts to anyone that participates. If it is not on the site, I can go and dig up the email they sent me.

Hi Honeydew,

My anxiety is starting to wane. Thanks for your response! I am sooo excited! Hopefully I won't have to buy anymore hair for the rest of the year :) I am going to Cancun in a few weeks and having a baby in November so I need this hair to have my back through both events! :)

I love all there textures, I just dont know what to order...lol

That's what I was saying when I was looking at the pics on thier site. It was like buiyng candy! But much more expensive! Have you tried all of their textures?? :lol:

I ordered 15 NG 3B wefts for this sew in I had. It's actually a mix of Bliss hair and Nature Girl...if my memory serves me correctly, all of the lighter hair is Nature Girl.

and here is when I straightened it:

HOWEVER!!!!

All of my Nature Girl wefts ended up tangling on me at the weft after each use and had to be thrown away.

I would reuse the wefts that didn't tangle, but by the next take down those were then tangled. I think the hair is lovely and I would have been much happier if they didn't all tangle, I had no Nature Girl wefts left around November/December and I purchased in August. For the price of the hair, it should have lasted much longer than that. I like the look of their kinky but because of the previous tangling I'm hesistant to take the risk. The Bliss hair didn't tangle at all after the takedowns.

Angelazette:

:eek: :eek: :eek: @ tangles!!! Oh Lord!
But the hair looked really good on your head! I hear you though with not wanting to take another chance with them. I will be sure to post a review once I get my hands on this hair!

Thank you!

Re: Nature Girl Hair-got my hair!

Alright guys, I received my order of Nature girl hair yesterday. Talk about STINGY!!!!!! :mad: I mean yeah this looks like hair that was actually on someone's head as I spotted quite a few split ends and yeah it smells good but for the zillion dollars which it seemed like I spent, I was expecting the hair to talk to me, tell jokes or do cartwheels or something! But let me not speak too soon, I haven't put it in my hair as of yet because I am enjoying my Ayanna quick weave that I have in at the moment...I will install my hair in a few days and then let you know how I REALLY feel about it! Thank you guys for all of your feedback! I really appreciate your help! :)

Don't forget to post a review virtuosity!

Hey Angellazette,

The tracks from NG that you show in your photo don't look at all like what I recieved. It looks like they actually put some hair on your tracks!!!!! Mine are soooooooooooo thin!!!! I don't know how I'm gonna get any body out of it. Now God forbid it sheds!!!! I'll look like i'm balding!!!! :lol:
::sigh:: :ohwell:

I agree with you on that. I ordered from them in January and it was just not worth it. I paid over $200 for 10 tracks that would not even cover a half weave job. I ordered 8 oz. from indianhairs.com and was MUCH happier with the quality, quantity and cost. I am a indianhairs.com customer from now on.

You were soooooooooo right!!!!!! I'm mad now...I wish I had $$ left to place an order with indian hairs! LOL!

By the way Honeydew,

Do you order through the website or do you call them (indian hairs)? I don't see any options for how many oz you want. What does cms stand for??

Thanks =)

Hey, I couldn't be correct in seeing that I can get a pound of hair for less than $100, right??? talk to me... :confused:

No, I just ordered online, but I order from the colored products section here: http://rkhairproducts.com/online.html.

I ordered wefts from the other section once(http://indianhairs.com/onlinestores.html) and got one pack that was dark brown and one that was black. I screwed the brown one all up trying to dye it because I did not know what I was doing. I figure I'm safe with the colored ones. Also, I love the double drawn bulk for my braids and it is cheaper to get it from the colored products section.

I believe the cms mean centimeters and they just put it next to the inches for their European customers.

Yes, you are right, you can get a pound for almost nothing, but it has been my experience that sometimes the ends need clipping, so I would get a couple of inches longer than you want. At those prices it is worth it. And, they are not stingy with the hair, well I have place 3 orders and I have never been upset!

Oooo yeah I remember hearing about those thin wefts that they send out at times. It should still be full, being that it's curly and all...good luck!
