Naturals, what's my next step?

Hey natural ladies, I am dc'ing my hair with Tressemme Naturals conditioner with safflower oil, JBCO and honey. Now should I co-wash it out then blow dry, or should I shampoo, recondition and then blow dry? I am going to use Niotin bliss thermal protector, which is a heat protector and leave in. Please help

If your hair is in need of moisture, I would say to co wash it out.

Yeah, either just rinse or co-wash out. Shampooing would strip all the yummy moisture that the DC is giving you in the first place.

I would definately cowash. Co-washing is so important for naturals. Skip the shampoo.
