Naturals, I have a question...

I've been natural for almost 3 months now, (I did like two big chops, one to get off my relaxed ends, and one to have a Halle Berry type cut) which is still fairly new. I was looking at pictures the other day of my hair and it definitely has changed. I don't have a set regimen yet because I'm still learning about my hair. I do have a few questions.

My current regimen is for me to cowash every morning with VO5 and do a wash and go. Nothing but conditioner in my hair, and sometimes gel if my curls aren't right, but now that I'm understanding that my hair needs moisture because at the end of the day the back of my hair gets really dry.

So my question is,

1) What should I moisturize my hair with out of the products I have? Curl Junkie Coco curl creme, BB Happy Nappy Styles, or BB Curl Quenching Conditioner?

2) Should I moisturize twice a day? With what? Will that help eliminate frizz from my crown area? When I moisturize at night should I put a baggy on my head, and then cowash again the next morning?

I'm sorry so many questions but I just want to make sure my hair is getting healthier as well and not so drying.

OP, I can't answer question #1, but you should def use a baggy at night.

When my hair was shorter and it kept it soft and moist. I would either co-wash or refresh with water in a spray bottle in the morning.

1) I can't really answer that since I've never used those products. But try them out and see if they work better than the v05 for you.

2) Instead of moisturizing twice a day and all that, you should add DCing at least once a week to your regimen. Make sure it's a real DC and that it has protein and moisture. Baggying, or at least covering your head at night should help. Also, some people just can't cowash every day without drying out their hair so you may want to try some styles that will last more than a day (if your hair is long enough).
