Naturals: How often do you wash your hair?

I rinse 3 days a week and wash 4 times a week. I have braidlocks and I swim 4 times a week.

i dont even have a schedule anymore.

i just do it when i feel like it or when i feel i need it.

sometimes that could be 3 times in one week
other times it's once in a two week period

I co-wash 2-3 a week.............if my hair & scalp feels dirty or like excessive buildup then I use Hair One(From Sally's) and my scalp feels good & clean.......
